Small Change is a compassion education program.

Our mission is:
  • empowering, inspiring, challenging and educating people to make Small Changes (in thought, word, and deed) to grow in compassion for themselves, others and the earth.
  • Save Small Change for hunger relief, as one example of a "small change" people can make to express their compassion.

Don Eaton is a nationally acclaimed singer-songwriter, recording artist, lecturer, and seminar leader. He has released 4 albums of original songs and tours nation-wide as a concert artist, workshop leader, and guest lecturer-teacher. One of the "small changes" we challenge people to make is to save their "small change" for hunger relief. We use the small change donated to supply oral re-hydration salt (ORS) packets to starving people. The dehydration that accompanies starvation can make it impossible for a person dying from hunger to accept the nutrition that can save them. ORS packets are an essential tool to start the healing process. Thousands of people are dying today for want of this miraculous, life-giving packet.
