One of the "small changes" we ask people to make is to save their "small change" for hunger relief. We use the small change donated to supply oral rehydration salt (ORS) pakets to starving people. The dehydration that accompanies starvation can make it impossible for a person dying from hunger to accept the nutrition that can save them. ORS packets are an essential tool to start the healing process. Thousands of people are dying today for want of this miraculous packet.
